Chauffer

    Professional drivers to provide safe, reliable, comfortable, transport to very important travellers between Swaziland and Southern Africa.

Requirements

    Form 5/Grade 12 certificate
    Heavy duty driver's licence
    Min 4 years driving experience
    Valid public driving permit
    Experience driving outside Swaziland
    First aid certificate
    Honest, careful, patient, clean and neat
    Respectful, friendly and able to provide VIP treatment to clients
    Confident and informed about Swaziland tourism

Transport Administrator

    Experienced, firm administrator to supervise and schedule drivers and vehicles. Monitor tracking systems and perform fleet management (acquire, track, service, maintain, upgrade, insure, brand, register,& dispose) and reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

    • Logistics, Business Administration, engineering or supply chain management qualification
    • At least 1 year experience in planning or logistics
    • Valid and clean driver’s licence

    Hardworking gardener to maintain the upkeep of the premises on the exterior and any other company property kept outside.

Requirements:

    Proficient in English and siSwati
    At least 3 years experience where tending to gardens
    Knowledge of trees and flowers and their upkeep
    Able to wash cars
    Respectful, friendly and able to follow instruction
    Confident, willing to share ideas and willingness to learn

Housekeeper

    Experienced housekeepers to do hotel cleaning, laundry and assist with other kitchen duties.

Requirements:

    Form 3/Grade 10 certificate
    Skilled in cleaning, cooking and laundry
    At least 2 years experience in housekeeping with traceable employer references
    Experience in hotel environment would be advantageous
    Familiar with electronic appliances for cooking cleaning and laundry

Financial Accountant

Requirements:

    Accounting or Finance Degree
    At least 2 years experience in a similar position
    Comfortable using accounting software

    Responsibilities include:

    Capture data on to financial system
    Manage petty cash
    Liaise with external auditors
    Perform account reconciliation
    Present management accounts
    Prepare monthly financil statements
    Budget,monitor and report on OPEX
    Process debtors and creditors accounts
    Compile consolidated departmental reports
    Verify and report on daily sales and cost of sales
    Perform daily finance checks of all departments

Client Services-Travel Hostess

Requirements:

    Tourism, Marketing or Client services qualification
    At least 1 year experience in client services industry
    Technology savvy and great with Microsoft Office
    Personable, orgarnised, punctual, firm.

    Responsibilities include:

    Welcome and attend to guests in a warm inspirational manner
    Checkin and assist guests with boarding and travel information
    Conduct safety and aesthetics check before departure
    Comply with all international travel rules and regulations of safety and protection
    Provide special help to passsengers with special needs(children, elders, disabled persons, etc)
    Coordinate and liaise with chauffers and clients and communicate all updates
    Serve drinks and food to the clients
    Submit analytic reports for voyages including client manifesto and client feedback

Terms and Conditions


  1. 1. Should there be any changes to any information in issued tickets; it will only be communicated from a Swaziland number +26824049419 or an number that ends with 9977.
  2. 2. Please be at the place and time stipulated on your booking confirmation.
  3. 3. There will be no refunds for confirmed bookings where the voyager is not at the pickup point at the agreed time.
  4. 4. Changes of confirmed and un-confirmed reservations made at least 2 days prior to travel can be made at no additional fee.
  5. 5. All changes made less than two days of reservation travel date are subject to a change fee of E100.
  6. 6. All changes to bookings are subject to the availability of seats.
  7. 7. Cancellations are subject to a fee depending on number of days before travel date at time of the cancellation: 0% if cancel over 8 days before travel date; 25% if cancel 7 days or less; 50% if cancel 4 days or less; 75% if cancel 2 days or less.
  8. 8. No refunds for cancellations made on day of travel.
  9. 9. We reserve the right to cancel bookings that are not confirmed.
  10. 10. Booking is confirmed only once payment is received by SiyeSwatini TransMagnific and an eTicket is received by you.
  11. 11. Please note that you may not travel unless full payment has been received.
  12. 12. Please use name of the person travelling as a reference for your payment; alternatively email or present proof of payment before date of travel.
  13. 13. Your meal request will only be sent to our suppliers once you have a confirmed booking. All meal requests must be sent at least 24 hours before travel. Should you only book less than a day before travel date, it will be too late for us to order the complimentary meal.
  14. 14. Please make prior notification if you will have luggage weighing over 50kg or luggage exceeding one piece (excluding hand-luggage).
  15. 15. Additional space will be provided for luggage at an additional fee of R50 per item, without prior notification there may not be space for the extra luggage.
  16. 16. While we endeavour to return all lost and found items to their owners. SiyeSwatini TransMagnific will not be liable for Damage/Loss to Baggage.
  17. 17. While we plan to arrive by the estimated time of arrival on the eTicket, our estimated time of arrival may be altered by border immigration process delays, and/or any traffic related delays on the roads. SiyeSwatini TransMagnific will not be liable for delays beyond the control of the driver.
  18. 18. Please plan your connection so that you have at least 30 minutes between the estimated time of arrival and the boarding time for your connecting transport if you have checked-in in advance, otherwise please plan to arrive 30 minutes before check-in time.
  19. 19. When starting the booking process, please note that the process is only completed when payment is received by SiyeSwatini TransMagnific and an e-ticket is emailed to the email address provided by the client during the booking process, as confirmation that the booking is done.

General

You are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents and visas and for complying with all laws, regulations, orders, demands and travel requirements of countries to be flown from, into or through which you transit.
We shall not be liable for the consequences to any Passenger resulting from his or her failure to obtain such documents or visas or to comply with such laws, regulations, orders, demands, requirements, rules or instructions.

Travel Documents

Prior to travel, you must present all exit, entry, health and other documents required by law, regulation, order, demand or other requirement of the countries concerned, and permit us to take and retain copies thereof. We reserve the right to refuse carriage if you have not complied with these requirements, or your travel documents do not appear to be in order.

Refusal Of Entry

If you are denied entry into any country, you will be responsible to pay any fine or charge assessed against us by the Government concerned and for the cost of transporting you from that country. The fare collected for carriage to the point of refusal or denied entry will not be refunded by us.

Passenger Responsible For Fines, Detention Cost, etc.

If we are required to pay any fine or penalty or to incur any expenditure by reason of your failure to comply with laws, regulations, orders, demands or other travel requirements of the countries concerned or to produce the required documents, you shall reimburse us on demand, any amount so paid or expenditure so incurred. We may in our discretion apply towards such payment or expenditure the value of any unused carriage on your ticket, or any of your funds in our possession.

Customs Inspection

If required, you shall attend inspection of your Baggage, by customs or other Government officials. We are not liable to you for any Damage suffered by you in the course of such inspection or through your failure to comply with this requirement unless caused by our negligence or that of our agents.

Security Inspection

You shall submit to any security checks by Governments, airport officials, Carriers or by us. We are not liable to you for any Damage suffered by you in the course of such security checks or through your failure to comply with this requirement unless caused by our negligence or that of our agents.

Personal Property Loss

Kindly remember to take all your personal items with you when leaving the vehicle. SiyeSwatini TransMagnific is not liable for possible loss or damage to items left behind in the vehicle. However, if we do find lost items in the vehicle we will keep them safe and if adequate details about its owner are available, we will contact the client to collect the lost and found items. For items without any identification, we will store in our lost and found storage for a maximum period of 90 days. To request a search of a lost and find item in storage please provide date, time and destination of the trip on which the item was lost and a clear description. Due to fact that we transport numerous people in our vehicles we may not guarantee your lost item will be found. SiyeSwatini TransMagnific is not in any way liable for possible loss or damage to items left behind in the vehicles.
